| Summary, etc. | The implementation of the “Sport, Health and Welfare” plan brings together locally competent agents of the Ministry of Sports and the Ministry of Health to collectively devise tools to encourage local actors to participate in the governance of the health condition that physical activity is. While this undertaking attests State’s efforts to align local actors’ behavior on an agenda dominated by the challenges of fighting health inequalities, it is exposed to resistance and selected appropriations. Such differentiated implementations are challenging the State capabilities to establish a dynamic networking in this field. |
