Summary, etc. | The Covid-19 pandemic has reinforced the strategic nature of logistics and supply chain management (SCM) and also led to the criticism of some of its aspects. Does this unprecedented crisis challenge all of the work carried out thus far in logistics and SCM? We carried out a critical review of the RFG special issue no. 277/2018 “Supply chain management. Décloisonner pour créer de la valeur” to answer this question, in light of the first lessons learned from the Covid-19 crisis. It seems that the fundamental aspects are not called into question; yet, there are new avenues to explore and develop. |
