Summary, etc. | A third metapsychological model is no doubt necessary in the treatment of borderline states or cases of splitting as a result of trauma, in order to better understand the internal non-localisation of the psyche in such cases, in the case of a child's development within his family circle for instance, and in order to develop an adequate strategy. The economic point of view thus aims either through a transferential-counter-transferential relation in treatment or through a controlled hypochondria encouraged by relaxed psychoanalytic approach to restore?: the function of dreams via the transformation of nightmares?; the topical point of view and the reconstruction of a transitional space via play, lateralisation of the transference and psychodrama, and, finally, the dynamic point of view in relation to reinvestment of narcissistic identification related to the mirror stage in Winnicott's sense. |
