Summary, etc. | In what the unconscious significance of the phantasm does clarify it the production of the somatic symptom? This question carries in the middle of a major disagreement between psychoanalysis and psychosomatic. The clarification imposes of it initially a clinical analysis of the “phantasm in act”, picturesque production and writing of the autoeroticized body. Then a portrait metapsychologic of the phantasm, compensation for the instinctual renouncement, which joined the acting out of the instinctual body, via the excitation, between preconscious and unconscious, pleasure principle and repetitivity. Lastly, the dialectical unconscious one of the somatic symptom and the phantasm makes it possible to question him, beyond some “fantasy deficiency”, like discordance of the subject, between body and language. |
