The reactualization of these relations drives the analysand’s speech, which follows the “psychic movements” of object-representations impelled by transference (displacement, projections, substitutions, and concatenations); interpretation comes together with, doubles, and completes this work of speech, leading to the final exfiltration of the primary object into the real world; it will force this object to be represented in the real world, but only by a substitute relieved of its passional oedipal charge. |
