520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Within the framework of Weick’s theory, we study how the organizational actors involved in interaction systems collectively produce shared meanings around the implementation of quality management. Our case study consists of two surveys conducted in a special school for people with disability. The first survey, which was based on a “name generator,” aimed to provide information about how communication about quality management is structured among actors. Two weeks later, unstructured, in-depth interviews were carried out to uncover the meanings attributed to quality management. This research showed that the process of intersubjectivity resulted in more complex and diversified perceptions of quality management than the perceptions produced by generic subjectivity.
