Summary, etc. This article describes management as the emergence of a social form, which is exacerbated throughout society. The education of future managers begins with their initial education. The orientation of teaching has an impact on the future evolution of the managerial profession. At a time when management training is increasingly crucial for company development, a survey carried out with thirty-six managers aged 30 to 70 working in the private sector reveals an educational deficiency at the time of assuming a management role. Educational institutions focused on gaining market share seem to concentrate on management techniques rather than on the human dimension, confusing management training with manager training. This contribution aims to determine the place that should be given to human and social sciences in the training of future managers.
