Summary, etc. | Our article focuses on the topic of the end of the subject in the organization through the double movement of the deconstruction of the subject through theory and the evolution of management. This article pursues a reflection on the notion of the subject from the intersection of two perspectives: the place of the subject in decision theories and the future of the subject governed by contemporary managerial techniques. First, we will see that the destruction of the concept of decision brings with it a necessary reconsideration of the status of the conscious and deliberative subject within the activity of organizations, to the point of questioning the figure of the decision-maker. Secondly, we will look at the processual ontology of the subject thrown into the organization in order to mourn the figure of the subject by proposing to understand it as an organizational subject, that is, a non-reflexive form of men and women who have been leading the course of organizational action for long enough to be affected by it in the form of existence of their psychological and physical constitution. |
