Summary, etc. This article analyzes the processes of putting public issues on the agenda in the transition regimes of the 2010s in Burkina Faso and Niger. Drawing on the window of opportunity model developed by John Kingdon, it explains the inflation of public policy reforms during this period, especially regarding the institutional framework. The thesis of this article is to show that, contrary to Kingdon’s original model, in the cases studied, the coupling of currents occurs through the rise to power of political entrepreneurs. This temporary change in leadership thus becomes the driving force behind the processes of publicizing public issues and rapidly changing public policy.
