Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | Within the field of psychosociology and management of organizational behaviors, the analysis of interactions around disagreements in the workplace is a central topic. This paper introduces a case study connected to a situation of concert preparation during which two groups (musicians and technicians) meet for the organization and the technical operations of a show. Our main objective is to analyze the emerging disagreements in terms of their form, structure and meaning, as well as to identify the interactants’ positioning within their professional group. A qualitative discursive and argumentative analysis was conducted. Results show the emergence of various modalities in the management of disagreements during the exchanges observed in the workplace, as well as elements related to the affiliation to the groups involved in the conflicts. This case study shows the potential of interactions analysis in a workplace to better understand the linguistic phenomena that are related to the participants’ conduct and to their production-mobilization-circulation of knowledge connected to situated professional practices. |
