Summary, etc. | The aim of this paper is to apply the social systems theory of Niklas Luhmann in situations of difficult behavior and, more specifically, to use the interaction system to demonstrate how Luhmann’s theory can be applied to management. Organizational behaviors are observed in the context of a case study focusing on communication between people. The Luhmannian approach to organization allows us to gain perspective on the situation, which is useful both for detecting dysfunctions and for understanding them in a different way. |
