| Summary, etc. | Taking extreme inequalities as a starting point to address the demands of global justice, this study approaches cultural pluralism from two main angles. The first angle pays attention to intersections between cultural injustices and gender inequalities, while the second considers situations where cultural injustices are intertwined with inequalities derived from climate change. In both cases, we focus on extreme denials of cultural pluralism. Moving away from a general discussion of principles of justice, our normative and applied philosophical approach leads us to defend a form of reasonable “interculturalism,” which is the result of our engagement with the contextual data of extreme unjust situations such as mass rape or mass migrations provoked by climate change. |
