Summary, etc. | The field of “ mésinscription” (care, social work, etc.,) is massively affected by mutations and the movement of deinstitutionalization that is underway. It is grappling with two main sources of deadly unbinding: that which is manifested by users on the one hand, and that which results from the effects of social mutations and constant restructuring, and the dangers that these pose for institutional organizations on the other. The latter find themselves seriously weakened and the task of forming links becomes all the more demanding, for it requires increasing amounts of energy to deal with the different levels at which links are destabilized, undermined, and destroyed. In this context, the analysis of practice can be thought of as paradigmatic for the practices of regulations insofar as they can help to hold together what tends to break apart within institutional life, and to preserve creativity and investment in a universe where the margins of freedom (professional) are constantly being restricted. These practices have the aim of supporting, or bringing into existence, the group as a sufficiently unifying instance, thereby participating in the reconstruction of collective labour relations and the “common good”. |
