Summary, etc. Confidence problematic is at the center of functioning of hypermodern societies. A collaborative research-action has been conducted with six hospital services. It concerns the impact of ETP (Therapeutic Education Patient) on relationship between medical staff and patient. So could be explored the meaning and the usefullness of confidence in the healthcare process, both for the staff and the patient.According to the results of this study, it appears that the management of risks for the patient's health cannot be reduced to a dimension of technical expertise, but includes many more subjective spheres. Taking into account the situation of the patient outside hospital, doctors and caregivers then are faced with non mastered environments where interactions between the patient, his human environment and caregivers become essential, and where confidence relationships have to be built in an orientation of therapeutic efficiency.
