Summary, etc. The modeling of therapies facilitates the work of researchers. In particular, it helps us to better understand the nature of therapeutic processes. In this perspective, the work of researchers can also help the therapists. A meticulous analysis of the literature allowed us to highlight three fundamental postulates which we consider to be at the core of the systemic current. From these postulates, we identified a series of fundamental principles which govern the action of systemic therapists. We called this set Integrated Brief Systemic Therapy (IBST). This article presents and illustrates this model. In addition, we clarify the modes of regulation of the therapeutic process. To conclude, we present what we have learned from the application of this model.
