We analyse how this union regulates the profession, and the existence of a partition between this independent union and confederate trade unions. We show institutional and collective actions, to analyse the relationship between categorical, corporatist, professional, and salary. If the SNJ focuses on the defense of the profession and its standards, it also cares about wages. Finally, this organization and its actions are actually quite close to those of non-categorical organizations. |
