520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. In the framework of waste prevention policies, local reuse sites called ressourceries have been recently developed and located in the heart of cities. As resources seek to transform consumption patterns and encourage practices that respect the environment, this article examines the functions of these places in the city and their significance for local residents. From an ethno-geographical survey carried out within two Parisian ressourceries, we will analyse if the consumption of resources is a form of inscription in the local territory. Through their genesis, we will see how the strengthening of the territorial anchoring goes hand in hand with the development of their activities. Then, through the analysis of the “sense of place” given by the users, we will see that the ressourceries are first considered as places of local sociability and political, social and ecological commitment to its neighborhood
