| Summary, etc. | Une expérimentation de formation/accompagnement à la création d’activité pluriactive, menée en 2008 dans le Haut-Languedoc (Hérault), a permis de suivre au jour le jour la construction de quatorze projets pluriactifs et d’adapter au mieux l’accompagnement dédié. La démarche a conduit non seulement à repérer les incertitudes liées à la complexité des projets et aux motivations des porteurs, mais surtout à changer de regard sur les éléments de fragilisation du projet. La prise en compte de l’ensemble des dimensions de l’activité pluriactive amène à reconsidérer ce que pourrait être la trame d’un accompagnement à la pluriactivité, replacé dans son contexte territorial. Le processus réinterroge de ce fait les finalités du dispositif d’accompagnement. |

| Summary, etc. | An experimentation which combined training and “accompaniment” took place in 2008 in Haut-Languedoc (Hérault), to further the set up of pluriactivity projects. These projects were analyzed as complex systems of activities. We can see that the original way of thinking the activity makes the projects fragile and risky, and as a result very difficult to support. Thanks to its capacity of adaptation and its very flexible frame, the experimentation made it possible to change the way of consider them. Integrate the different dimensions of pluriactivity lead to rethink a new pluriactivity support system. |
