| Summary, etc. | Cet article aborde l’intention entrepreneuriale par les modèles développés dans son champ de recherche et issus de la psychologie comportementale. La perception de l’acte d’entreprendre est extraite de l’expression des repreneurs potentiels. L’étude exploite une analyse croisée d’éléments recueillis lors d’une enquête des services de la Chambre d’agriculture et d’entretiens conduits auprès d’étudiants en école d’agriculture, dans le contexte breton. Les variables exprimant le désir et la faisabilité perçus de l’acte d’entreprendre, contribuent à la construction de l’intention. Parallèlement à la volonté de poursuivre l’entreprise familiale, à la passion pour une production, les jeunes annoncent les difficultés qu’ils pensent rencontrer pour mener à bien leur projet. L’analyse, par une meilleure compréhension de l’attrait pour le métier, met en avant les enseignements utiles à l’accompagnement vers la reprise en agriculture. |

| Summary, etc. | Establishment as a farmerWe address the entrepreneurial intention models developed by our field research and from behavioral psychology. The perception of the act of entrepreneurship is extracted from the expression of aspiring farmers. The study uses a cross-analysis of evidence gathered during an investigation of services the Chamber of Agriculture and interviews conducted with students in school of agriculture in the Brittany context, in France. Variables expressing the desire and the perceived feasibility of the entrepreneurial act, contribute to the construction of intention. Alongside the desire to continue the family business, passion for production, the young declare the difficulties they think face to complete their project. The analysis, by a better understanding of the attractiveness of the business, highlights useful lessons for the advisers toward to the establishment in agriculture. (JEL : L26, Q12, D23) |
