| Summary, etc. | L’article porte sur les mécanismes à l’œuvre dans la territorialisation de l’alimentation dans des contextes ruraux français. L’approche empirique repose sur deux cas de démarche de développement territorial en Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Le cadre d’analyse croise approches temporelle et territoriale, la démarche repose sur la réalisation d’entretiens semi-directifs. Les résultats de l’analyse croisée permettent de documenter les processus de développement territorial à partir de la question alimentaire en soulignant : les ressources territoriales activées et/ou créées dans le cadre de ces processus, la place des différents acteurs et le rôle de certains acteurs clés, le caractère intégrateur de la question alimentaire dans les processus de développement territorial. |

| Summary, etc. | This article focuses on the mechanisms of food territorialization in rural areas in France. Its empirical approach draws upon a cross-cutting analysis of two territorial development projects in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The analytical framework is based on temporal and territorial approaches and relies on semi-structured interviews. The results stress territorial development processes based on the food question by highlighting the territorial resources activated and/or created within these processes, the place of the different actors and the role of specific actors, and the integrative dimension of food in the processes of territorial development. |
