| Summary, etc. | Étant donné la baisse continue de la consommation de vin en France depuis 30 ans, l’export est devenu un enjeu stratégique pour les entreprises vitivinicoles françaises. Spécialement réalisée pour ce travail de recherche, une étude quantitative auprès de 120 entreprises vitivinicoles françaises et une étude qualitative auprès de 50 entreprises vitivinicoles ont permis à l’auteure d’étudier le lien entre politique et performance export, et d’analyser le rôle de la stratégie export sur cette relation. |
