| Summary, etc. | Depuis quelques années, les circuits courts se développent et deviennent un objet central des gouvernances alimentaires régionales. Parmi ces initiatives, les circuits courts de vente en ligne collective sont au cœur de nos interrogations. En s’appuyant sur une analyse comparative basée sur une série de neuf cas d’étude et une approche néo-institutionnelle, l’article explore les différentes gouvernances associées au même type de transaction et interroge sur leur coexistence. Dans la recherche de l’atténuation des problèmes de coordination et pour faire face aux attributs des transactions, quelques dispositifs pallient le comportement opportuniste majeur : l’achat-revente des produits. Les rivalités interne et externe restent difficiles à gérer. |

| Summary, etc. | In recent years, short supply chains have grown and become a central object of regional food governance. Among the different projects, this paper will focus on the governance of two online collective short food supply chains. Based on a comparative analysis of a series of nine cases studies and a neo-institutional approach, the paper explores the different forms of governance associated with the same type of transaction and examines their coexistence. In order to reduce coordination problems and to deal with the attributes of the transactions, some mechanisms mitigate major opportunistic behavior: the purchase/resale of products. However, our case studies suggest that internal and external rivalries are difficult to manage. |
