| Summary, etc. | Cet article vise à approfondir l’expression dynasties d’entrepreneurs, grâce à une étude portant sur une population de jeunes diplômés, anciens étudiants de la formation Entreprenariat à l’Université Paris-Dauphine. A partir d’un questionnaire et d’entretiens individuels, cette étude met en évidence l’existence de deux catégories de dynasties. D’un côté, des dynasties d’entreprise où se succèdent des générations entières ont pour objectif de conserver et développer le patrimoine. De l’autre, existe une autre et nouvelle forme de dynastie, des dynasties d’entreprendre, où le plus important est l’action d’entreprendre, fondée sur un esprit d’entreprendre hérité de la famille. Il s’agit en quelque sorte d’une nouvelle norme culturelle où l’autonomie s’oppose à l’héritage dynastique habituel. |

| Summary, etc. | Two categories of entrepreneurial dynastiesThis article aims at clarifying the expression entrepreneurs’ dynasties, based on the study of young graduates in Entrepreneurship from the University Paris-Dauphine. From questionnaires and individual interviews, this study points out the existence of two categories of dynasties. On one side, dynasties where generations follow one another with the objective of keeping and developing the inheritance. On the other, another and new type of dynasty, enterprising dynasties, where the most important is the action of undertaking, based on an undertaking spirit inherited from the family. It is in fact a new cultural norm, where autonomy contrasts with traditional dynastic inheritance. |
