Quelle est alors la place des prestations monétaires versus l’accès à des services collectifs, mais quel rôle donner à l’accompagnement des personnes, au risque d’un développement du contrôle social ? Les nouvelles sources de précarité conduisent à redéfinir le modèle de protection sociale défini il y a un demi-siècle. |
