| Summary, etc. | RésuméLongtemps, l’institution a été dénoncée comme un espace d’assujettissement des individus. À l’heure de la désinstitutionnalisation, on redécouvre sa dimension humanisante. Sans se départir d’une approche critique, l’institution peut aussi être envisagée comme l’espace de la mise en œuvre d’un projet d’humanité. Pour ce faire, il y a au moins deux écueils à éviter : d’une part, rêver de restaurer à l’identique les institutions d’antan et, d’autre part, idéaliser les nouvelles formes institutionnelles, souples et partenariales, censées échapper aux pesanteurs des institutions classiques.Cette contribution s’emploie à dégager quelques orientations qui pourraient contribuer à faire exister de nouvelles formes institutionnelles capables de garantir la prise en compte de la singularité des personnes, tout en redonnant sens et consistance au collectif et au vivre ensemble. |
