| Summary, etc. | Depuis peu, les réalités des structures chargées de l’accueil et de la prise en charge de l’enfance en danger, placée en foyer de l’Aide sociale à l’enfance ( ase), ont été « bouleversées » par l’arrivée parfois massive des mna. En effet, deux types de publics coexistent dans ces structures. Les premiers, classiquement accueillis par ces services, sont des enfants victimes de carences éducatives ou de mauvais traitements obligeant à une rupture familiale. Les seconds, relativement récents dans ces dispositifs, sont des mineurs isolés non accompagnés sur le territoire français ( mna). Si tous ont besoin de protection, leurs accueils puis leurs accompagnements socio-éducatifs doivent prendre en compte leurs réalités quotidiennes et leurs trajectoires antérieures, ce qui s’avère complexe, voire paradoxal, pour les mineurs étrangers. Dans la société contemporaine, et au-delà des nécessaires adaptations de pratiques professionnelles, c’est aussi un élargissement et un changement de conceptualisation de la prise en charge de l’enfance en danger qui se réalise : de la protection rapprochée à la protection distanciée. |

| Summary, etc. | Recently, the realities of structures are responsible for the reception and care of children at risk at the entrance to the -Children’s Social Assistance ( ase), were “upset” by the sometimes massive sending of the mna. Indeed, two types of audiences coexist in these structures. The first, classically welcoming by these services, are children who are victims of educational deficiencies or of ill-treatment forced into a family breakdown. The second, the following items are those that have been accompanied on the French territory ( mna). If all need protection, their receptions, their socio-educational accompaniers must take into account their realities and their previous trajectories which proved complex, even paradoxical, for unaccompanied minors. In contemporary society, and beyond the adaptations of professional practices, it is also an enlargement and a change of conceptualization of care that occurs: close protection to distance protection. |
