| Summary, etc. | Avec la crise sanitaire de la Covid-19 et pendant le confinement, les familles d’accueil et les enfants confiés se sont retrouvés face à une situation inédite, vivre ensemble tous les jours 24 heures sur 24. Comment les assistants familiaux qui ont en charge les enfants confiés de l’Aide sociale à l’enfance ont-ils traversé cette période particulière ? Nous tenterons d’apporter des éléments de réponse à partir d’une présentation d’une partie des résultats d’une recherche auprès des assistants familiaux réalisée pendant le confinement en avril 2020. Les résultats montrent que, malgré un sentiment profond de solitude et de délaissement partagé par les assistants familiaux, ils ont tenu leurs engagements en prenant soin des enfants et des jeunes confiés dans un espace confiné, face à une institution elle-même en détresse. |

| Summary, etc. | Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown, foster families and the children in their care have found themselves in an unprecedented situation, living together 24/7. How have foster parents looking after children in care managed to get through this uniquely challenging time? We seek to provide some answers by presenting some of the results of a study of foster parents conducted during the lockdown in April 2020. The results show that despite deep feelings of loneliness and abandonment among foster parents, they have honored their commitments by looking after children and young people in their care in a confined space despite institutional turmoil. |
