| Summary, etc. | Si l’on ne peut nier les avancées législatives en matière de protection des femmes victimes de violences conjugales, notamment depuis 2010, des limites apparaissent dans l’application des textes en vigueur aujourd’hui. Dans les procédures pénales comme civiles, les femmes peinent à être entendues, confrontées au « parcours de la combattante » face à une justice insuffisamment formée et qui manque de moyens. Les associations spécialisées proposent des pistes pour une justice qui entende les violences conjugales dans leur gravité dès les premiers faits dénoncés. |
