| Summary, etc. | ResumeA l’heure des traitements toujours plus automatisés de l’information et du document, il est l’objet de questionnements, souvent internes à la profession, quant à son positionnement et ses prérogatives. Sur le marché du travail cependant, les profils recherchés semblent relativement stables : le documentaliste reste un expert de la gestion documentaire. Mais il est notable qu’une spécialisation (droit, santé, sciences...) est quasi systématiquement requise et qu’une concurrence s’exerce avec des profils data, nécessitant une expertise en informatique. Des éléments qui doivent interroger les parcours de formations notamment en sciences de l’information et de la communication. |

At the time of increasingly automated processing of information and documents, it is the subject of questions, often internal to the profession, as to its positioning and its prerogatives. In the job market, however, the profiles sought seem relatively stable: the documentalist remains an expert in document management. But it is notable that a specialization (law, health, science...) is almost always required and that competition is exercised with data profiles, requiring expertise in computer science. En el momento del procesamiento cada vez más automatizado de información y documentos, es objeto de preguntas, a menudo internas a la profesión, sobre su posición y sus prerrogativas. En el mercado de trabajo, sin embargo, los perfiles buscados parecen relativamente estables: el documentalista sigue siendo un experto en gestión documental. Pero es notable que casi siempre se requiere una especialización (derecho, salud, ciencia...) y que la competencia se ejerce con perfiles de datos que requieren experiencia en informática. Elementos que deben cuestionar los cursos de capacitación en particular en ciencias de la información y comunicación. |
