| Summary, etc. | Cet article présente les résultats d’une recherche réalisée auprès d’habitants de Grenoble Alpes Métropole afin de recueillir leurs positions sur la place de la concertation dans leur vision de la politique locale et leurs manières d’appréhender l’usage d’une plateforme numérique participative institutionnelle. Plus précisément, nous présentons les usagers d’une plateforme numérique participative et nous documentons leurs pratiques numériques ainsi que la place qu’ils y accordent dans leur engagement citoyen, qu’il soit individuel ou porté par des collectifs. Ces usagers se perçoivent-ils comme des citoyens contributeurs ou comme un collectif formant un public ? |

| Summary, etc. | This article presents a survey carried out among residents of Grenoble Alpes Métropole in order to collect their opinions on the place of consultation in their vision of local politics and their ways of understanding the use of an institutional participatory digital platform. More specifically, we present the users of a participatory digital platform, their profiles; we document their digital practices and the place they give to it in their civic engagement, whether individual or carried out by collectives. Do the latter see themselves as a “contributing citizen” or as a collective forming an audience? |

| Summary, etc. | Este artículo presenta una encuesta realizada entre los residentes de Grenoble Alpes Métropole con el fin de recoger sus opiniones sobre la importancia de la concertación en su visión de la política local y sus formas de entender el uso de una plataforma digital participativa institucional. Más específicamente, presentamos los perfiles de los usuarios de una plataforma digital participativa ; documentamos sus prácticas digitales y la importancia que le otorgan en su compromiso cívico, ya sea individual o colectivo. ¿Se perciben como “ciudadanos contribuyentes” o como un colectivo que forma un público? |
