Summary, etc. | A partir d’une analyse du rapport de la Cour des comptes sur La valorisation internationale de l’ingénierie et des marques culturelles paru en 2019 et des pratiques menées par les établissements culturels, cet article se penche sur l’expansion internationale des musées français. Cette expansion se caractérise par la conclusion d’accords à titre onéreux. L’enjeu de diffusion de la culture française dans le monde est important mais il n’est pas exclusif. Tout en jouant de son soft power, la France noue des partenariats avec d’autres Etats qui permettent de valoriser son patrimoine culturel, en particulier son patrimoine mobilier (les œuvres de ses collections) et son patrimoine immatériel (le savoir-faire des hommes et des femmes qui travaillent dans les musées et les marques de ses grandes institutions culturelles). |

Summary, etc. | Based on an analysis of the 2019 Court of Auditors’ report on The international development of cultural engineering and brands and the practices carried out by cultural institutions, this article looks at the international expansion of French museums. This expansion is characterized by the conclusion of agreements for valuable consideration. The challenge of spreading French culture throughout the world is important but not exclusive. While playing to its soft power, France is signing agreements with other States that allow it to enhance its cultural heritage, in particular its movable heritage (the works in its collections) and its intangible heritage (the know-how of the men and women who work in its museums and the brands of its major cultural institutions). |

Summary, etc. | A partir del análisis del informe del Tribunal de Cuentas sobre El desarrollo internacional de la ingeniería y las marcas culturales de 2019 y las prácticas llevadas a cabo por las instituciones culturales, este artículo examina la expansión internacional de los museos franceses. Esta expansión se caracteriza por la celebración de acuerdos a cambio de una valiosa contraprestación. El reto de difundir la cultura francesa en el mundo es importante, pero no exclusivo. Haciendo gala de su poder blando, Francia firma acuerdos con otros Estados que le permiten promover su patrimonio cultural, en particular su patrimonio mueble (las obras de sus colecciones) y su patrimonio inmaterial (el saber hacer de los hombres y mujeres que trabajan en sus museos y las marcas de sus grandes instituciones culturales). |
