| Summary, etc. | L’expression de « gouvernance ouverte » s’est imposée dans les discours sociaux comme un modèle collaboratif et transparent inspiré du mouvement open source. Nos travaux observent que les institutions territoriales s’appuient sur ce modèle dans l’évolution de leur mode de gestion. Fortement imprégnées par un finalisme technologique, ces structures dans un mouvement hétérogène déploient des dispositifs numériques qui visent à concrétiser un idéal d’intelligence collective. L’analyse de la plateforme Influents permettra d’étudier la configuration sociotechnique du dispositif et de conduire une analyse fine des usages et représentations qu’elle développe. |

| Summary, etc. | The term of “open government” has been definite in the media as a collaborative and transparent model inspired by the open source movement. Our paper observes that territorial institutions use that model to make a transformation of their management. These structures in a disordered movement use digital tools to achieve the objective of collective intelligence. The analysis of the platform « Influents » will study the socio-technical configuration of the device and conduct a detailed analysis of uses and representations that it raises. |

Nuestro trabajo observa que las instituciones territoriales dependen de ese modelo para operar una transformación de su gestión. Estas estructuras desplegar dispositivos digitales tienen como objetivo alcanzar un ideal de la inteligencia colectiva. Análisis de la plataforma Influents estudiará la configuración socio-técnica del dispositivo y llevar a cabo un análisis detallado de los usos y las representaciones que se desarrolla. |
