| Summary, etc. | RésuméLes recherches sur les équipes entrepreneuriales ont tendance à se focaliser sur certains éléments du processus de formation de l’équipe oubliant ainsi toute vision globale permettant de saisir la dynamique des équipes. En se basant sur sept études de cas, nous montrons qu’il est nécessaire d’avoir une vision du processus de formation de l’équipe entrepreneuriale qui intègre la phase amont de la création de l’organisation et qui mette en évidence les mouvements d’entrée et de sortie des membres. Plusieurs questionnements sont ainsi soulevés qui ouvrent la voie à de nouvelles questions de recherche. |

| Summary, etc. | Studies on entrepreneurial teams tend to focus on particular elements of the team formation process, neglecting a whole picture of the process that takes into account the team dynamics. Using seven case studies, we show that it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the team formation process, including the pre-creation period and the exit/entry of team members. This approach provides several issues that generate new research questions for the topic. |
