Les troubles interactifs décrits comme une spirale mère/bébé dysfonctionnante peuvent se repérer précocement avant que ne s’installe « la dépression maternelle ». La place du père est évoquée. Le traitement précoce (psychothérapie parents/bébé) montre son efficacité pour les parents et pour le bébé en modifiant les dysfonctionnements des interactions tant du côté bébé que du côté parents. Est soulignée, en conclusion, l’utilité et l’efficacité d’intervention plus en amont en pré-partum. |

Interactive disorders described as a” mother- baby” dysfunction spiral, are precociously detectable, virtually before the installation of the postnatal depression. The father’s role is mentioned. By changing the interactive dysfunctions on both sides, parents’ and infants’, the early treatment (parent-infant psychotherapy) demonstrates its global effectiveness.
