Summary, etc. | RésuméRecueillir la parole d’un enfant n’est pas chose aisée, surtout quand elle concerne une atteinte à son intégrité physique et qu’elle doit s’inscrire dans une démarche judiciaire. Pour contrer ou atténuer ces difficultés, les policiers en charge des mineurs victimes se voient proposer une formation reposant sur une méthodologie de l’entretien ayant pour objectif de leur faire acquérir un savoir sur le développement de l’enfant, qu’il soit intellectuel, affectif, sexuel, ses modes de communication mais aussi le contexte de l’affaire ; un savoir-être, qui concerne la capacité d’écoute, de communication, la gestion de ses propres émotions ; un savoir-faire touchant la conduite de l’entretien par étapes successives propice à la mise en confiance et à la gestion de l’outil audiovisuel dans l’enregistrement de l’audition. |

To hamper or mitigate these difficulties the policemen in charge of the young victims are offered a training course based on a methodology of discussion. The objective of such a scheme is the acquisition of:The knowledge about the child’s development in different domains such as intellectual, emotional sexual, his relationship customs and also the environment of his case.The right behaviour about their ability for listening, communicating and handling their own feelings.The ability about the discussion management, based on successive steps in order to facilitate a reciprocal trust building up as well as the handling of the audiovisual aids when recording the discussion. |
