Pendant la grossesse, le risque est le retard de croissance intra-utérin. Lors de l’allaitement, ces mères ont des difficultés à reconnaître les signaux de faim de leur enfant. Chez le bébé, ce sont des problèmes de sous-alimentation et de retard staturo-pondéral. Chez l’enfant plus grand, il s’agit plutôt de perturbations au niveau des interactions alimentaires. Enfin, l’anorexie a des conséquences plus générales sur la parentalité. |

| Summary, etc. | The authors present the main results of studies on the offsprings of mothers with anorexia nervosa. There is a risk of intra-uterine growth impairment during pregnancy. These mothers have difficulties recognizing the signals of hunger of their baby during breastfeeding. Malnutrition and low weight appear to be the main consequences for the baby. Feeding mother/child interactions are more likely to be disturbed during later childhood. Anorexia nervosa psychopathology may disrupt general parenting functioning. |
