| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’abord clinique de patients faisant un usage abusif des jeux en réseau sur Internet nous amène à dire que l’on peut, dans certains cas, parler d’addiction à leur sujet. À l’aide de deux exemples cliniques récents, nous tentons de montrer en quoi il s’agit alors d’une addiction particulière : les patients, souvent jeunes, sont facilement mobilisables, et le traitement s’oriente rapidement vers une thérapie de type traditionnel. Surtout, le versant transgressif, « ordalique », ou de prise de risque et de défi, est ici à peu près totalement absent : il s’agit d’une addiction de pur refuge, d’évitement des conflits intérieurs, dans des contextes familiaux le plus souvent tendus ou conflictuels. |

| Summary, etc. | The clinical approach to patients who abusively use network video games brings up in some cases the topic of addiction. We try to show what makes it a particular addiction by using two recent clinical examples. The patients – often young – can be easily mobilized and the treatment is quickly turned towards a traditional type therapy. Moreover, the “ordalique”-side which tends to transgression or risk-taking and defying actions is in this case pretty much absent. It is an addiction which can be definite as pure refuge – avoiding inner conflicts. It often takes place in tensed or conflicting family situations. |
