| Summary, etc. | L’auteur situe le travail du juge des enfants comme remplissant une fonction pédagogique : il s’agit, en préservant l’espace et le statut de l’enfant devant la menace ou le risque, d’amener par la loi sociale un jeune à élaborer ses propres limites et à s’inscrire dans le collectif. Le juge est alors non pas relais du Surmoi censeur et qui sanctionne, mais garant d’une loi symbolique qui s’inscrit dans un processus éducatif qu’il est censé garantir. |
