Il est né, grand prématuré, dans un contexte de déni de grossesse après l’annonce d’une myopathie génétique chez sa sœur. L’ombre de la maladie de celle-ci plane tout au long de la prise en charge dans les représentations des soignants et de la mère. Il s’agira dans cet article d’exposer la collaboration étroite entre les pédiatres et l’équipe de liaison pédopsychiatrique au cours de cette hospitalisation et d’étudier comment l’intrication de facteurs somatiques et psychologiques a conduit à une spirale interactive pathologique dans la dyade mère-enfant. |
