| Summary, etc. | L’Hôpital, de constitution habituellement érigée, rigide et structurée, a traversé avec l’arrivée du coronavirus une expérience de chaos, d’énigme primaire et schizo-paranoïde kleinienne avant de pouvoir trouver une cohérence, nouvelle et reconstruite. Confronté au trop plein du réel, ses fonctions symboliques et imaginaires vont voler en éclat. Perdant la sécurité habituelle du monde environnant lors de la traversée du trauma, monde devenu chaotique hostile et morcelé, il a dû trouver, tel l’Infans, des appuis pour restaurer son self en un tout cohérent. Ce texte est une sorte de témoignage, il partage l’expérience d’une équipe de pédopsychiatrie intervenue en liaison dans les « services covid » durant la crise sanitaire des mois de mars et avril 2020, soit la première phase épidémique qui a vu également l’ensemble de la population française se confiner. Il propose une toile de fond artistique, comme lieu sublimatoire pour transcender le réel de la maladie et de la mort. |

| Summary, etc. | With the arrival of coronavirus, hospitals, which are usually erect, rigid and structured, went through an experience of chaos, of Kleinian schizo-paranoid and primary enigma, before they were able to rediscover a new, reconstructed coherence. Confronted with too much external reality, their symbolic and imaginary functions broke down. Losing the customary security of the surrounding world during the traumatic phase, a world that had become hostile and fragmented, they had to find, like the infant, points of support to restore their sense of self and of coherence. This text is a sort of testimony; it shares the experience of a child psychiatric team which intervened in “ covid wards” during the health crisis in the months of March and April 2020, that is the first phase of the epidemic during which the entire French population was under lockdown. It offers an artistic backcloth as a sublimatory space for transcending the reality of illness and death. |
