520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | In this article, the author describes the setting-up of parental interviews in a care institution for adolescents in the case of “non-requests” or in the case of “omega” families, postulating that the young person’s refusal of treatment could require his or her parents to be referred to the service in order to create an “institutional affiliative network”. For these families who are constantly “surviving”, this approach to the treatment of their child is the first step in life that they allow themselves. These interviews highlight the problem of linking (damaged filial and affiliative links) and the severe lack of family containing, hence the need to cling to professionals. They make it possible to diminish fears of fragmentation and to ensure, thanks to the affiliative links established between the professionals (who indicate and validate the treatment), that thinking can emerge and be contained by the institution. |
