Dans l’approche psycho-dynamique en psychologie, la mort psychique, posée comme l’expérience fondatrice de la vie psychique, est la seule mort à pouvoir être mentalisée. Dans ce cadre, les rencontres soignantes participent à défasciner la mort, à la rendre plus familière donc moins effrayante et permettent au patient d’affronter plus sereinement l’avenir... Avec la mort. |

| Summary, etc. | This article postulates a reversal of the paradigms of life and death and invites us to think of death no longer as a future event but, in that it is intimately bound with the experiences of loss, as an already lived experience. In the psycho-dynamic field of psychology, psychic death is seen as the founding experience of psychic life and is the only death of which we can become aware. Within this framework, therapy reduces the fascination with death and makes death a more familiar and thus less terrible entity, thereby helping the patient face the future with more serenity... with death. |
