| Summary, etc. | Quelles sont les représentations de la violence chez des adolescents qui ont vécu, alors qu’ils étaient enfants, les attaques terroristes au cours de la période dite de « décennie noire », qui a duré des années 90 aux années 2000 ? 24 adolescents habitant la commune de Boudjeriou Messaoud dans la wilaya de Constantine (Algérie) ont été rencontrés. Deux techniques associatives ont été employées dans les entretiens : la carte associative d’Abric J.-C. et la technique d’évocation de Vergés P. Les résultats obtenus expriment un ensemble d’idées relatives aux effets de la violence terroriste organisés autour d’une idée centrale qu’est « la mort ». Cette mort a d’autres visages comme l’égorgement, tuerie ....etc. |

| Summary, etc. | Death in Representations of Violence by Teenagers Who Have Been Victims of TerrorismHow do teenagers represent violence when, during their childhood, they experienced the terrorist attacks perpetrated during the ‘Black Decade’ of the 1990s. The author of this article interviewed 24 teenagers living in the town of Boudjeriou Messaoud in the province of Constantine (Algeria). Two methods using association were used during these interviews, namely J-C Abric’s associative map (1994) and P Vergès’s free evocation technique (1992). The results obtained express a set of ideas relating to the effects of terrorist violence centring around the notion of death and in which death assumes a variety of masks, including slaughter, massacres etc. |
