| Summary, etc. | RésuméÀ partir d’un travail d’enquête sur les mobilisations socioterritoriales que le Larzac a initiées depuis les années 1970, cet article revisite la notion d’authenticité en précisant les conditions de sa fabrication. Il s’agit moins d’une donnée intrinsèque du lieu que d’un construit sociopolitique visant à créer de la mobilisation et à accroître l’adhésion à une cause. La fabrique de l’authenticité repose sur un mécanisme d’appropriation socioterritoriale dont nous précisons les orientations et les topiques mobilisatrices consacrant le Larzac comme lieu exemplaire. |

| Summary, etc. | This paper discusses the concept of ‘authenticity’ by looking at how it develops using social-regional mobilization surveys conducted in Larzac since the seventies as a basis. It is less concerned with intrinsic social data than with a socio-political construction aimed at promoting mobilization and increasing adhesion to a cause. The development of authenticity assumes that there is a mechanism of social-territorial appropriation and we discuss the principle orientations of this and the motivational topics that make Larzac an exemplary place. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenA partir de un trabajo de investigación sobre las movilizaciones socio-territoriales que se iniciaron en Larzac desde los años setenta, el artículo revisita el concepto de autenticidad precisando las condiciones de su fabricación. El artículo no se focaliza en la relación intrínseca del lugar si no sobretodo en una construcción sociopolítica destinada a configurar la movilización y a aumentar la adhesión a una causa. La fábrica de autenticidad se basa en un mecanismo de apropiación socio-territorial del cual precisamos las orientaciones y los tópicos movilizadores dedicados a Larzac como lugar ejemplar. |
