| Summary, etc. | RésuméDepuis les années 1980, la multiplication des espaces viticoles en Île-de-France montre que le vignoble francilien renaît sous une autre forme, là où il existait jadis. Cet article analyse le phénomène de persistance de pratiques vigneronnes et de construction d’un vin patrimonial en Île-de-France. Une approche pragmatique permet de tenir compte de la pluralité des manières d’être vigneron et de se référer au passé. Derrière son apparente homogénéité, le vignoble francilien cache des enjeux fort multiples qui s’expriment en termes d’aménagement des espaces urbains, de sociabilité de quartier ou de valorisation culturelle et touristique de la ville. |

| Summary, etc. | Since the 1980s, the increase in the amount of land allocated to winegrowing in Île-de-France is a sign that, in places where it had formerly existed, the region’s vineyard has been brought back to life in another form. The article examines the persistence of winegrowing as an activity and the construction of heritage wine in the Île-de-France region. A pragmatic approach of the phenomenon is required in order to comprehend the various dimensions which are involved in Île-de-France winemaking, and the differing relations to the past which they involve. Behind the apparent uniformity of the Île-de-France vineyard, a number of issues can be identified in terms of organization of urban spaces, of sociability of district or cultural and tourist valorization of the city. |

| Summary, etc. | ZusammenfassungSeit den 1980er Jahren deutet die Ausbreitung der traditionellen Weinanbaugebiete auf der Île-de-France auf eine Wiedergeburt des Weinanbaus in neuer Form hin. Der Artikel analysiert das Fortbestehen der Winzertradition in der Region Île-de-France mit Hilfe der bestehenden Berufstradition. Es werden die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt, moderner Winzer in dieser Region zu sein und sich gleichzeitig auf die Traditionen zu berufen. Denn obwohl die Anbaugebiete der Île-de-France letztlich alle die Produktion einen Traditionsweins gemeinsam haben, so stecken hinter dieser augenscheinlichen Homogenität doch vielerlei Ausprägungsmöglichkeiten. |
