Les mouvements qui la lient au fait naturel, comme les changements sociétaux, y sont répercutés. On empruntera le parcours que suivent, au long du xxe siècle, fleurs de jardin et fleurs fleuristes. Ces fleurs, dites d’ornement, sont révélatrices de la société qui les produit, notamment dans leur lien intime à l’urbain, dont elles accompagnent ou au contraire contrebalancent les effets. |

The movements associating society to nature, and to social changes, are reverberated into them. In this paper, we follow through the XXth century the paths of garden bloom and florists’ flowers. These ornamental flowers are indicative of the society that produces them, in their connection with the development of the city. |

| Summary, etc. | ZusammenfassungAuch wenn der Umgang mit Blumen auf den ersten Blick ein unwichtiges Thema sein mag, ist er doch ein wichtiger Indikator für den Umgang der Gesellschaft mit der Natur. In ihm spiegeln sich diejenigen Bewegungen wieder, die zur Natur sowie zu gesellschaftlichen Veränderungen in Beziehung stehen. Hier soll nachgezeichnet werden, wie sich im Laufe des 20. Jahrhunderts Blumen der Gärtner und Blumen der Floristen entwickelt haben. Die sogenannten Dekorblumen geben nämlich Aufschluss über die Gesellschaft die sie herstellt und über ihre Beziehung zur Stadtentwicklung in denen die Blumen mal bedeutend und mal unwichtig sind. |
