| Summary, etc. | RésuméPour comprendre, dans le cadre de kass, l’importance et la nature des liens de parenté en milieu urbain, l’enquête ethnographique a pris place dans un grand immeuble de la ville de Nanterre. Elle montre que, appuyées sur le système des aides publiques et fondées sur des relations affectives, les relations verticales relèvent d’une forme d’obligation morale et les relations horizontales de l’ordre de l’électif. En raison de l’histoire particulière de ce bâtiment, ces relations s’articulent à un solide réseau de voisinage. On ne dira plus que l’individualisme et le salariat contemporains ont fait disparaître les liens intergénérationnels, qui participent de la modernité urbaine en France. |

| Summary, etc. | Between Residential Solidarities, Love and Public Support: Kinship in Le Liberté in NanterreTo grasp, within the kass project, the importance and nature of kinship in an urban context, the ethnographical survey has taken place in a huge building located in Nanterre. It shows that, in correlation with public support and grounded on love, vertical ties partake of a sort of moral obligation, whereas horizontal ones are elective. Due to the specific history of the building, these ties are articulated with a strong network of neighbours. It will not be possible to assert that individualism and wage earning have erased intergenerational ties, who participate of the urban modernity of France. |

| Summary, etc. | ZusammenfassungZwischen Nachbarschaftssolidarität, Liebe und staatlicher Unterstützung : Verwandtschaftsbeziehungen im Wohnviertel Le Liberté in NanterreIm Rahmen der kass-Studie wurde in einem großen Wohnblock in Nanterre eine Befragung durchgeführt, die zum Ziel hatte, die Bedeutung und die Art der Verwandtschaftsbindungen im städtischen Raum besser zu verstehen. Die Studie zeigt, dass der Ursprung der unterschiedlichen Beziehungen sowohl in der staatlichen Unterstützung als auch in Gefühlsbindungen zu suchen ist ; mit dem Unterschied, dass hierarchische Beziehungen besonders moralische Verpflichtungen betonen, wohingegen Beziehungen auf der gleichen (sozialen) Ebene frei gewählt werden. Aufgrund der besonderen Geschichte des Gebäudes La Liberté werden soziale Beziehungen hier durch ein starkes Nachbarschaftsnetz zusammengehalten. Entsprechend kann im vorliegenden Fall nicht davon ausgegangen werden, dass Individualismus und Arbeitnehmerschaft, die so charakteristisch für moderne Städte sind, zu einem Verschwinden generationenübergreifender Beziehungen geführt haben. |
