Das Café hat sich dem Wandel seiner städtischen Umgebung angepasst und wurde von der Kohlenhandlung, über den Imbiss zu einem Bistrot mit Spezialitäten aus dem Aubrac, das nun schon in zweiter Generation betrieben wird. |
