Er beleuchtet u.a. die pragmatischen Besonderheiten, die sich im Rahmen dieses einzigartigen internationalen Ereignisses, der ersten chinesischen Weltausstellung, in den Restaurants der Expo etabliert haben, die mit extrem restriktiven Regeln, Auflagen und täglichen Kontrollen zu kämpfen hatten. Hinter den Kulissen der weltoffenen Made‑in‑China‑Utopie konnte man dabei einen extrem angespannten sozialen Raum entdecken, der bestimmt war von Frustration, Unsicherheit und ständigem Aushandeln jeder Kleinigkeit des riesigen Labors der Globalisierung. |
