| Summary, etc. | La prise en compte des antitrinitaires sociniens et ariens permet, selon Brigitte Tambrun, de comprendre pourquoi Malebranche, adepte de la science moderne fondée sur la réduction de la matière à l’étendue géométrique, refuse la thèse cartésienne de la création par Dieu des vérités mathématiques, et soutient que les vérités éternelles de perfection ou d’ordre sont également incréées et vues dans le Logos. Malebranche estime que pour ne pas « pencher vers le socinianisme », on doit soutenir que Dieu n’agit jamais sans raison, et que la création a pour principal motif la divinisation de l’homme par la médiation du Dieu-Homme. |
